Bedrooms and living areas

• Dust ceiling fans, lights, lamps and furniture
• Spot clean door frames and doors
• cobwebs removed
• Sweep, mop and vacuum
• Bedding changed on request (with a spare set)

Bathrooms

• Sanitize and scrub the vanity, sink, tub or shower, toilet and mirror
• Dust baseboard
• Wipe the floor and walls around the toilet

Kitchen

• Outside of all appliances, inside the microwave
• Spot-clean cabinets, wipe the range hood
• Clean the window above the sink, shake rugs, sweep and mop

Trash removed in every room. Your consultation sets the exact list.

Everything in a standard clean, plus:

• Detail-clean cabinet fronts, door knobs, light switches and outlets
• Vacuum and wipe blinds, dust walls
• Range hood and filter, detail-clean the sink and faucet
• Polish table legs and chairs, wash waste baskets inside and out
• Wipe down all door frames
• Laundry room: washer and dryer outsides, sink and fixtures

Your first cleaning is usually a deep clean, so your home gets to a place we can keep up together.

Kitchen

• Stovetop on all sides and the hood, outside of the fridge and dishwasher
• Countertops, backsplash, sinks and faucets, the window above the sink
• Inside the oven, fridge and cabinets as add-ons (cabinets must be empty)

Bathrooms

• Toilet inside and out, including the base and the surfaces around it
• Shower, tub and faucets, vanity, sink, mirror and backsplash

Every room

• Dust top to bottom, light fixtures and baseboards
• Sweep and mop floors

For homes after a remodel, addition or new build:

• Fine dust removed from surfaces, fixtures and light fixtures
• Windowsills, cabinets and fixtures wiped down
• Floors swept, vacuumed and mopped
